This passage Chapter takes its name from ayah 33 of Al 'Imran, like the names of many other surahs, is merely a name to distinguish it from other surahs and does not imply that the family of Imran has been discussed in it. There are references in this Chapter to the Prophets of Allah, the story of Mary and birth of Jesus.
