One of the main themes of Surah An-Nisa' of the Holy Quran is the establishment of the new Islamic social order after removing the pre-Islamic Jahili system. It does also give answers to the Mushrik Arabs, the Jews and Christians. Another theme is the Da'wah of Islam to new people.
